An hour with Master Trainer Famisha La'Pree J-Millman, who is a NASM-Performance
Enhancement Specialist and will work with the players on a weekly program designed
specifically to help increase their speed, agility and strength for their upcoming
What do I provide?
I will bring agility ladders, cones and medicine balls to train the players with
during the hour.
Sports Conditioning is usually a 4 week program with Sports Teams or can be done
individually with athletes looking for one on one customized sports designed program
in a personal training session.
